Stop eating anything that contains bacteria like yeast - bread, beer, cheese etc. then drink loads of water and cranberry juice. If thats no good see a doctor

Diflucan 150mg is a one time dose that will get rid of the yeast. Call your GYN and ask them to call in a rx for you.

go get some creams, my doctors says in her opinion the 3 day creams are actually better then the 7 day cream

try drinking a lot of cranberry juice this helps flush out your system,its a good idea to drink this weekly to help your system. also i feel you should consolt your DR about your infection as this could do a lot of harm if not attened by a doctor. thake my advice. a nurse.dube4704@yahoo.com
