can full anesthesia stop my period?

Question: i had an operation last week and now its my period time i got the cramps and everything there is only little spots every now and then though is that from the anesthesia or the painkillers i have been taking im only talking Ibuprofen 200mg

I had surgergy on my cervix recently. My doctor said that the anesthesia will screw up your whole body. I was on ibuprofen 600.

coz if you got a hysterectomy, you definitely wont get your period..PERIOD.
