1 - Your appendix has no effect on your ability to conceive or deliver normally. The scar from an appendectomy would not cause an issue for a normal delivery.
2 - A D&C is a surgical procedure that effectively terminates a pregnancy - and it would only be performed very early in an unwanted pregnancy.

3 - Even if you meant a C-Section - an appendectomy would not mean you had to have this kind of delivery.

There is NO connection between you appendix and delivery.

if things are healed it shouldn't affect a normal vaginal birth.
