What medicines are safe at this stage of pregnancy?


Question:
I'm about 5 months along and have had a migraine for 3 days. Acetominophen at 2 tabs 500mg does not help. I have this It's the phenylephrine I'm not sure about. The box says it's pseudoephedrine free which is good - but what about that medicine that looks like benadryl and the ingredients are acetaminophen, diphenhydramine hydrocloride and phnylephrine. alternate ingredient? I do know better than to take my Malalt which is what I'd like to take.

Tylenol.You should ask you Doctor before taking any ohter medicines

tylenol because my sister just had a baby and thats all she could take you cant take very strong things.please dont you dont want to risk the babys health
