Anyone had problems with their wrist during pregnancy and after childbirth.?

Answers:
Yes,I experienced the same thing after birth. This is the second worst pain,I have encountered in my entire life. The doctor diagnosed it, as metacarpal tunnel syndrome (even though it is in the wrist and prescribed paracetamol when I'm in pain .I had been referred to OT.The OT provided me a splint which did not resolve but just to immobilized my hands and do nothing.I wished! with a newborn baby ,is impossible.
Anyway,i'll get straight to your question.my husband and I discovered it on our own it might be due to lactation. Well, I stopped breastfeeding and the pain's gone.I was really sorry for my baby ,but I managed to breastfed him until he is 4 months old.It worked so if you would like to stop as well.if you are breastfeeding???.
