nothing, except when that the baby kicks you with their small feet enough to cause an chemical reaction that will cause me and the baby to blow up just like that James bond movie when James just discovered that he was pregnant and then he blow up into a million
pieces and it took peter Griffin form the show family guy a whole school year at the year 2004 just to put James bond back together. then after that, that explosion changes Jame bond sexually forever by causing him to become gay and so fond with old naked guys and their porn pictures, ewwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!

The answer to that question is very long and complicated. On top of that no two pregnancies are the same, not even with the same woman.
As for me, I had a very easy pregnancy. The first trimester (12 weeks) included a lot of irritability and some moderate nausea. Many women feel fatigue and can have severe nausea. It can be really rough at first due to the hormones changing and the body adjusting.
The 2nd trimester (28 weeks) is the easiest part of the pregnansy. Its when the hormones have finally calmed down a bit and the nausea, sleepiness, and bad moods have begun to fade away. And right now the baby is still not that big.
The 3rd trimester (40 weeks) ~cringe~ is the hardest because of many things. This is the time when the space inside the woman is more cramped then ever. Sleeping is increasingly difficult due to the baby putting pressure on everything inside of the woman's body. She may be feeling very anxious about meeting the baby. I found it very frightening in the last month or so of my pregnancy thinking of having to delivery him and then take him home and be a responsible parent.
Its very physically challenging being pregnant. Some women suffer from fatigue, irritability and nuasea throughout the pregnancy. Labor is a whole different ball game, and its unbelievably painful. I feel that it was worth everything I went through for my son though. To see him smile and hear his laugh makes all my pain disappear. (even if its for a few minutes) There has been nothing more fullfilling and rewarding to me then being a good parent.
What it feels like to be pregnant is really different for different people.

For me, pregnancy was divided into a few stages.

First 4 months: It initially felt terrible to be pregnant. Especially when you don't know that you are pregnant. You get achy all over, you vomit and suffer from indigestion, you are 'allergic' to certain smells and you keep feeling tired and sleepy. You are moody and you keep wondering if you are chronically ill because you feel ill no matter what you did.

But once you know you ARE pregnant and know that these are just some of its symptoms, while you still suffer from the same symptoms, you feel different. You feel like you are going to be a mother and that makes you feel great because mothers are supposedly the greatest creatures on earth.

You feel confused initially and wonder if you will make a good mother.

5-9 months: You start to feel this thing in you grow.

You feel him/her kick you.. you feel butterflies in your stomach when your baby hic cups.... you feel love for him/her... you feel one step closer to adulthood.... you feel a sense of responsibilty and you feel a need to become a better person so that you can lead and teach by example.

Bah.. it is tough to describe..maybe you can try to be recarnated as a girl in your next life and you will understand ;)
