can any one guide me permanent cure/medicine of prolaps of uterus?

UNfortunately there is nothing more than surgery for this problem you have. Either a mesh inserted and the muscles ouside the uterus can be made taught so to hold it back up or the removal of the uterus as in a partial hysterectomy to be performed. Then afterwards, regular pelvic floor exercises should be done to keep the muscle tone proper.
The tightening of the muscles and the mesh insertion is a faster recovery than that of the hysterectomy too.
See the gynaecologist and ask for options best for you..good luck :)
