Question: I need to know how to use tampons cause i have to swim tomorrow and i don't know how to use tampons. They leak. my mom wasn't helpful neither was the guide with the tampons. Can u pleaz tell me. can u go pee if u have a tampon on?

well i havn't started my period yet so if you want to trust me thats your decision-lol, but i heard that you can put vasaline on a tampon to make it go in easier, and that you need to put the tampon in at an angle, and one more thing- youy should change it every 6-8 hours. hope it hepls!
