hi is ther a game where you give kids a ride on your calves and lift thim up into the air?

an you please give me tips how to make it fun for kids and sametime workout by using your calves or your feet .by lifting your kids inthe air ?or more games to lift your kids with your legs workout games thanks

Answers:
oh I remember doing that with my kids, all you have to do it let them lay on your calf or legs while you have them in a bent potision holding their hands you lift them up and down, as you move your legs up and down or side to side, and if you have good leg muscles you could bring your knees close to your chest and let them rest on the bottom part of your feet and life them that way but you have to hold their hands always so they don't lose balance
