I have been having pain on my right side,lower back and abdomen also feeling nauseous and sleepy any thoughts?

plesas dont say go to the dr. that is no help to me i have no insurance and i know i need to go to the dr, so please dont give that advice to me.

There are clinics that work with a person so that you get medical treatment at the price you can afford. If it is appendix, and you don't get medical care, it may become septic and that could kill you.

Nauseous and sleepy may also be signs of lack of eating well, low blood sugar (possibly due to #1) or other things I don't know about.

Anybody that diagnoses you on this service is either not a doctor, or is risking malpractice for practicing medicine without an examination.

I would definetly get insurance quick if finance is a concern for you. I think it is necessary to go to the hospital to have ultrasounds done to see if there is a problem with your gall bladder, gall stones, or liver. You may need to have gallstones or your gall bladder removed. I wish you much luck.
