early menopause?
I am 42 and am going through peri menopause - I have periods from time to time and terrible flushes and night sweats - has anyone else experienced this so early and if so, how have you controlled/managed it without HRT?

I'm in a similar boat to you - my symptons started about 42 (I'll be 49 this month)... never had hrt - but did call in at the local health shop to ask about herbal remedies. Can't recommend anything specific to you as there are a variety which address specific types of menopause symptons. Mine were more for the moodiness and hot flushes. Since using the homeopathy (about 4yrs ago) have not needed any help since as everything seems to have calmed down and back to 'normal' (minus the nasty and costly monthly visitor). Am convinced the homeopathy helped to put my balances back on an even keel.
