How to feel better during your period?


Question:
how to relieve period pains, and annoyances. anything an everything is welcome. how to get your mind off the pain? what kind of things to do?

Answers:
exercise definately helps. i am a gymnast and luckily i dont get cramps! (unless i start on a day that i dont have gym). of course you dont need to go that extreme, but on the day before youre suppose to start, try maybe running or jogging. just keep moving around. also, advil and a heating pad works wonders.
tylenol, heating pad, rest, a few days you will feel btter :):):)
