YES! working out generally puts me in a better mood as well:-p. oh, and if you have cramps, it might hurt at first, but it makes them slowly but surely go away. but just fyi, tampons are helpful while working out, during that time of the month.

That is the best time to be active. Being active during menstration helps alleviate the pain and helps remove some of the cramps.
