Can i get pregnant after a removal of a malignant fibroid? 99.9 % removal? does anyone know? any doctors out?

Question: i JUST GOT THIS FIBROID REMOVED , ABOUT 99.9% TO BE EXACT. tHEY THINK IS A VERY LOW GRADE LEIOMYOSARCOMA.
THEY NEVER GOT TO THE LINING OF THE UTERUS. dO YOU THINK THIS CAN BE WATCHED OVER SO THAT I CAN BECOME PREGNANT? ANY HOPE OUT THERE FOR ME?
