I beg to differ....there most definitely is such a thing as female ejaculation. I am one of the fortunate women who does it. It's similar to the substance that men ejaculate, but it's clear and a little on the sticky side. It also feels fantastic when it happens, by the way!

No substance really comes out since there's no such thing as female ejaculation. What really happens it's that there's an increase in vaginal lubrication and that fluid may come out of the vagina. It's clear and kinda sticky...totally odorless.
