im having bad pain in my lower admin can any tell whats wrorge could i start my first period help

You don't say how old you are. If you are 12 - 14, then yes, you could be starting your first period. If that is the case, I hope this isn't a sign of things to come, in other words, I hope you aren't going to have this kind of pain each time you have your period.

If it isn't your period, then is the pain on either one side or the other? It may be something else, like appendicitus. You need to have a talk with your Mom and explain to her what exactly and where exactly you are feeling the discomfort, let her help you determine what is causing it. If it's your period, then let her teach you what to do and when.

you could be.....but more than likely its just gas or something. Most first periods wont have lots of cramping....just more like a dull ache that is irritating. Most daughters start their period about the same time as their mom...so ask your mom when her period started. Good luck!

u could be getting ur period soon. ask ur mom if she has midol, or just take tylenol...just don't take asprin. i read in some book that u don't take aspirin for cramps
