Need some help on this one?

Question:

I have been on birth controll pills for 6 years, I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years. i'm 24 and he's 27. I want to start to settle down and have a baby. But I heard it could take years to even get preg if you have been on the pill for soo long... is this true?

Answers:
Nope. you can get pregnant right off the bat. As soon as the medication leaves your system, you're back on a regular cycle, and the medication leaves with in 24 hours of taking it. Good luck with the baby! that's really exciting!

I've heard it can take up to a year.... but most people are ok after a couple of months
