Fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh juice, egg, fish. In Pregnancy you have to take care of you Iron, beet root is really good(boil it). Red berry, black carrot don't forget to have nuts.

The best food advised is Dates as it contains every thing you want. Wash Dates and boil them in milk for 10 Min's, best recommend food.

Healthy foods, fruits, veggies...chicken...etc. It's better to eat healthier when your pregnant so it's easier to loss weight (after the baby) & the baby is a lot healthier!
