It's basically a bra which give you the support that you need when you are maturing. It is just a bit of material without any wiring under the bust. You will need the wiring when you get bigger.
A taining bra is one that hold your breast better than a normal one. Its better if your doing sports or something. And I agree with Rebekah that you should talk to your mom about your problem. She will be able to help you.

a training bra! Hunny u should be happy if your breasts are getting bigger. Trust me sum people hate it cuz they dont got anything. I know a thirty four year old that is only a 36A.
