I suppose it may depend on the type of procedure, but yes it can. If the lining of the uterus is injured during the procedure it may prevent a woman from getting pregnant again. Also uterine infections are possible and those can prevent a woman from getting pregnant again. If you have one from a doctor in a clinic or hospital, there should not be any long term PHYSICAL problems.
