try hot tea, warm or hot bath as hot as you can stand it , you can also try the hot patches that Playtex puts out they work for me. they stick to the outside of your panties and stay warm for up to 12 hours just look on the aisle with the pads and tampons try taking Tylenol or aleve

I was lucky, I never had cramps. My sister and Mom used to have terrible cramps. They used to put a warm hot water bottle on their abdomen and try to take a nap. If that didn't work a shot of whiskey was also taken with it.

You could try a warm bath with a cup of epsom salt in it, it helps cramps too.
