It could. Anytime semen comes in contact with the woman's genitals, there is a chance of pregnancy. However, the chance is probably quite low if the semen didn't actually get into the vagina (they do swim, though.). There was probably also some residual spermicide that may have helped. Be prepared to test, but most likely you'll be fine.

It could, but hopefully the spermicide will be sufficient to limit pregnancy.. I would still be prepared to get a test etc.. just in case.
