im soooo stresssed what to do?

i can not get ustresssed and i a,mm only 14 but latly ive been getting a sharp pain in my heart and idk what it is cassed bye if it is by stress or what but i hurts enough for me to cry and it lasts for a few hours what isit na dhow can i get unstressed i get stress over big things and so any little thing will set me off what should i do help

Some people would say you're too young to have such a problem destressing!! But it can happen to anyone!! You just need to learn to relax, let the little things in your life you have no control over go, and focus on achieving what you can in the time you have to do it in....

Make a list of things you're responsible for or have going on in your day. See if you can't get out of a few of them to make some time for yourself.....

Do you like to do your nails? Read books/magazines? Catch a Friend's episode? Whip up cookies/brownies? Go walking/jogging? Play with a pet? Draw? Play a video/computer game? Decide to do at least one or two (or more! lol) things you truly enjoy in your time with yourself.....

think about the time you're going to do (whatever) all day...look forward to it! Make it something you're just dying to do....

before you begin...take a couple (or five!) deep, slow breaths. It's unreal how much this will help your mind/body put on the brakes. After that, slowly turn off all the stressors in your life. If one is school, forget about it! (it helps if you've got your homework already done or a plan in place to get caught up) if another is housework, forget about it! (not recommended if this is something you've been doing and parents are getting annoyed! see if they'll give you a grace period)
Once you've become focused on yourself and spending time with yourself, set the stage for whatever it is you're goign to do. If reading, maybe get a couch/bed all comfy, if playing with a pet, get the toys/treats out, if doing your nails, select which color and get your tools ready, and so on.....Then ENJOY YOUR HOBBY!! Think about your enjoyment of that thing, of what you're hoping to accomplish with your life (or daydream of possibilities if you don't know!), if you're into it, pray for yourself and the things you have to worry about....

ABOVE ALL....remember that taking time to destress is TIME ADDED ON TO YOUR LIFE!! As you're experiencing, stress will cause physical problems over time! Enjoy your life by chilling out and the odds are good you'll live longer!! (i echo the suggestion above, get checked out by a physician just incase there's a problem)

you need to see your gp and rule out any underlying cause. discuss your problems with your parents or brother/sister ar close friend and above all you need to learn how to relax
