What could this be? Kinda descriptive mature readers only please!?

Question:
I am using the whole "I have this friend" scenario. Believe me or don't .LOL. Anyhow she has these two spots on her labia one by the opening and one higher up. They do not look like blisters, or have fluid in them. One (the one right by the opening) is only painful when bothered (i.e. wiping or clothes rubbing) the other has no pain at all. The one that is larger and more visible (higher up) looks like a ring of skin with a hole in the middle. Any ideas? We have researched herpes but it don't seem to meet the criteria of a common outbreak. Could it be? Or does anyone know what it could be. I think the one near the entrance of the vagina could also be a tear from intercourse considering the location and the fact that the other one is not painful.

Answers:
sounds like it could be a bart's cyst(the one by the opening) sometimes it gets clogged up and has to be drained and/or just antibiotics. Or it could be a sabbacious cyst, ingrown hair or something totally different. You should go to you doctor or clinic to have it checked out.
