how long until it should start?

Question: i had a baby in june(5) and then bled for 7 1/2 wks and then haven't bled since....is it true that u don't hae a period while breastfeeding??

It's true. It takes a lot of energy to produce milk and it takes a lot of energy to be pregnant. It is a natural birth control mother nature has put in place to keep you from being able to get pregnant again right away. If you start to become more concerned, talk to your doctor.
