Abd cramps, sore nipples, what is this?

Question: Ok. My menstration just ended like 2 weeks ago. It was abnormally heavy. About 4 days ago I started having abdominal cramping (specifically in my left lower quadrant). About 3-5 days ago I noticed that my nipples were very, very sore. In addition, I swear that the very tip of my nipple (when erect) has gotten larger... Please don't tell me that I'm pregnant.

Answers:
abnormally heavy? possible miscarriage. either way, you still have signs and symptoms of pregnancy (could be that the hormones are still elevated) OR it could be that you ARE pregnant and the abnormally heavy peroid was a coincidence (it is possible to have a period early on) Could just be ovulation...see your doctor...at least take a test. If it was option one, you would need further medical care to prevent infection from tissue that may not have been passed. Option 2...self explanatory.
