shoulder cramps??what to do?

im always infront of the computer nearly 9 hours perday.. i get shoulder cramps very often. Ive put on rub on medicines but still, it doesnt really cure it..sometimes its very painful. is there any method to avoid? remedy? is it dangerous? im 22 and a programmer

Try to apply hot compress for 15 minutes.

Another option is proper exercise, particularly targeting the shoulder area. Frequent rotation or stretching might help.

Take short breaks, stretch and try to swing your body sidewards. Poor or wrong body positions are major contributors to your problem.
