Just start walking, start at a 20 minute walk, keep your pace brisk, do it 3-4 days a week. After about 2 weeks step it up to a 1/2 hour walk. Once you loose like 5-10 lbs. you can add on some 5 lbs. ankle weights. Buy some weights for home too, start out with 5 lbs. do it every other day.
