This COULD be a urinary tract infection, though typically you would have burning pain along with the urge to urinate. If it's only happening for a day after you have sex and then goes away, however, it's likely not an infection. But I'd still get this checked out, because I wouldn't describe it as exactly normal.
The urge to urinate immediately after sex IS normal (and also, very good for you as it helps prevent urinary tract infections). And you can feel the need to pee then and not find that there is much in there to come out. But for this effect to last as long as 48 hours is something I've never heard of.
