Is there any way to speed up the puberty process, my little sister is 14 and is wondering...?

My little sister is 14 and earlier I asked if it was odd that she has not started menstrating yet. Well she doesn't have very big breasts yet (like a junoir's A cup) and she has started getting pubic hair, but she is concerned because she is quite a ways behind the other girls in her class. Is there any non-medical way to speed up the process of female puberty?

there might be, but its unhealty to use them. tell her not to panic, there is no "normal" age to start menstruating and get big breasts. for example, one of my teachers got her perod at age ten and another got it at age eighteen. thre is no specified age you get your breasts and period at. it all depends on the girl.
