What is the fascination with height?
drink milk, eat foods rich in iron. Beyond that there's not much you can do but keep your fingers crossed!
Yes, you can wait, just like everyone else does. It'll happen, unless you are from a short family, and then you are about there, but you never know. My sister is like 4'11" and she is going on 16. her dad is 5'5" or 5'6" and mom is 5'2"
First, ask your doctor if you are going to grow anymore. I asked my doctor and she said I wouldn't. I am almost 16 and I'm 5'51/2". But, other than that you can't "grow your height".
you're still growing!! Wait a couple years.
where heels and eat ur vegetables
you probably havnt had you big growth spirt yet..im 14 and 5'6 and i guess eating alot of protien helps you grow but dont worry you'll get taller sooner or later
you can't make youself grow it will just have to happen naturally
if you find out how to grow your height let me know. i'm 24 and only 4 foot 9. what i wouldn't give to be your height or a little taller. your in puberty you never know maybe you will just taller.
You can't "grow your height" honey. Genetics will give you what you get. Be sure to eat a healthy well-balanced diet and leave the rest to Mother Nature. You're not done growing yet, but when you are learn to love yourself for who you are.
you will grow naturally. of not, go see your doctor when you are about 16 or 17 and ask for pills. there are some that can help you grow but it can also happen that you dont grow your height, only your feet or hands will.risky stuff, really
There is no way for you to grow taller if your genes aren't destined that way. What is wrong with being 5'1" ? I think that is a fine height for women, short yes, but unless you are planning on being a model, don't fret.
Be happy with your height. It is considered cute. I am only 5'2" and it has worked fine for me for a very long time past your age. Work on changing something else like your hair cut or clothes and stop worrying.
Down here in Alabama some doctor made a vitamin or pill that was advertised for short teenagers (ex: a girl is 16 and 4 ft 8, she can take the pill.) somehow it messes with your horomones and gradually and slowly works with your growth spurt, and my friend Nathan took 'em.
He grew slowly though. But it works.
It takes time.he was 18 and five foot one. He's now five foot four.finally.
Well if your 14 and 5'1 you probably wont grow to be tall, sorry thats just genetics. You will grow more obviously your only 14 but you'll still be short. When i was 14 i was 5'7. Just nothing you can do.sorry.
You are presently at a great height. You can eat your vegetables may help. Enjoy your life cause your still developing for the next few years.
For one thing, you havent stopped growing
#2 Being short isnt the end of the world-Im 30 yrs old and only 4ft9in
my sister was short 4 her age and she drank lots of milk . and grow and well developed well
I am sorry, but you can't grow your height, because maybe your parents or grandparents are/were small it means, you will be small too when you are a TEEN. Its like with my fathre, when he was 14-15 years old he was the smallest guy in the school, but when he turned 18 he ws really tall: 7;3. I hope you will grow heighter!

Have a good balanced diet.
Then avoid any exercises creating pressure on upon you vertebrae like lifting weights. They are prohibited for you.
On the contrary, make elongation exercises which make a tension upon your vertebrae. Swimming is very good!
u r very young!you still have a few more years of growing>and if you don't get as tall as you want that's okay. nowadays platforms and heals are the thing.hey i'm 5ft11inches and i hate it.i love platforms and hills but i can't wear them.u can
14! You're still growing Suzzie Q! It's important to eat the right foods ( that means cutting out the pastries, and soda and ice cream, cookies, chips, and pizza.once in a while is'nt gonna hurt)to make sure that you're body has everything to grow properly. It's important to stay active. A body in motion works better and you get sick less. If you're a couch potato you're inviting bones and muscles to get wasted away.
And remember, you don't stop growing until you get to be in your early twenties! You've got another 10 years to grow hon! I'm 26 and i'm a whopping 5'3". It's better being short anyway, clothes are cheaper!
Give yourself time chickadee you're perfect just the way you are.
Drinking a lot of milk would help make your bones stronger and able to grow taller. Other than that, make sure you get enough sleep. But sometimes people stop growing at an early age, you might be one of them. Don't worry! Even if you're short, stand tall and be proud!
hey, i am 14 and am 5'6, but not reason to boast. Skipping the rope a 200 times in the morning helps along with bicycling. It helps if u r not sitting on the seat and standing and riding. u know what i mean. Also walk for about 10 minutes a day and stretches. eg:- stand straight and touch ur toes, sit down, spread out ur legs apart and touch ur toes, they help in elasticity of the bod.
Although tall is beutiful.you're just going to have to wait.you're only fourteen. The time willl come, be patient! Work with what you've got for now!
do a lot of jumping sports or dancing or anything athletic that uses all your body like basketball it really works
