It all depends. I know some woman who have went into preterm labor 3 times and given birth early 3 times, it all depends on your body. Some woman aren't able to carry a baby for 9 months. I would imagine if you are pregnant right now the doctor would want to keep a close eye on you if you have had a preterm baby

If you have one pre-term labor or birth, your chances go up. I want another baby, but with my health problems and horrible pre-term labor that ended up in a c-section, I will not try again. If you are planning to become pregnant, you need to have a check-up with your ob/gyn, and discuss these issues with him/her.
