Recently my Girl Friend is diagnosed with rheumatic fever. Is it OK to marry her?

Question: She is a very good girl. I love her very much. But her recent medical says that she has rheumatic fever. It is a very bad disease. She may not able to work properly in future and conceive properly. Though i love her very much , I am afraid our married life will not be happy.
