Answers:
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT NOW TO SEE YOUR GYNECOLOGIST.

this happened to me when i first got on birth control it turns out birth control injections can cause blood filled pustules i n the uterus that explode and cause cramping and continuos bleeding until they regulate a dose for you. if this is whats happeneing they need to lower the dosage and put you on a birth control pill for a while this will also help regulate your period and ovulation cycles and help you get pregnant easier once you get off the pills.
OK what they were trying to do is what they done to me was get my periods regular ,because if not you will not get pregnant ,so then after the periods are regular a couple months you should get pregnant ,but in your case being real sick you need to go find you a very good doctor let them check you out and then see from there .but you need a different gyns oppion and a check up .wishing you the best hope you feel better .
