I don't know about the Simply Slender body wraps. but I know something that worked for me from day 1 :)

It's called "Turbo Jam" and it's a lot of fun too :) Here's the website you can visit for any additional details / questions / concerns / problems:

Here's what they say:
"Turbo Jam's Chalene Johnson packs each workout with calorie-blasting kickboxing, body sculpting, and the hottest dance music—all guaranteed to give you jaw-dropping results, no matter what your fitness level. Plus, you'll get killer abs without ever doing a single sit-up. So get in on the action that's rocking thousands of fitness clubs across the nation—and start jammin' right in your own home! You can loose up to 10 inches in 10 days if you'll do it everyday, no matter what size and weight you are at. It works for everyone :)
