why are multivitamins so big, I can't swallow them, does anyone know of ones that are smaller?

Question:
I know when my mom took them when i was a kid they were smaller then the size of an advil...what happened

Answers:
There are liquid vitamin supplements available now. They don't taste too terrible...and if you're having trouble swallowing the big "horse" pills, this might be an option for you.

You can find these at many health food stores.

Other Answers:
Cut them in half or get a pill crusher and take them in water or juice.
they are all big .. cut them in half or crush them
Cut the pills in half and swollow them with a big glass of water. Go to yout local drug store and get a pill splitter or crusher because they split your pill for you or crush them for you. I have to do it to because the pills I take are big.

They have added alot more ingredients to multivitamins in recent years. You can try chewables, liquid forms or even a child's vitamin. They have gummy types, lollipops and bubble gums. You can even get individual vitamins in chewable, like vitamin c and calcium. One company markets specifically to women and most of them are chewable chocolates that are high in calcium. You can purchase at walmart, or any national chain.
