I need help DECIDING?

Question:

when im on my rag i stank (eww i know) people say its cause i wear pads (which i change every 2 hours or less) so should i change to tampons? What are the pros and the cons associated with wearing them?

p/s i tend to suffer from yeast infections and i have had bv twice so does wearing tampons increase the risk of getting these infections?

Answers:
Good things about tampons: You can swim with them
Bad things about tampons: You put yourself at risk for toxic shock syndrome

i dont know what bv is but i know that before i started wearing tampons i had an odor too. i changed and period always smells different than usual its just not that bad.
