what does an ovarian cyst feel like when it bursts? can the hospital do anything if it doesnt require surgery?

Question:

Answers:
with an ovarian cyst, you have an incredible pain that almost suddenly disappears. Not much is usually done except for pain control, but the important thing that needs to be addressed is that are you sure it was an ovarian cyst and not an ectopic pregnancy? An ectopic pregnancy is a surgical emeregncy.

Feels like appendicitis. They don't do anything but tell you to take an aspirin.
Incredible pain and they will have to surgically remove it.
They can give you pain meds, thats about it. My wife had some burst, she was in tons of pain. All they did at the hospital was give her demerol and tell her to take it easy for a day or two. They also told her that getting pregnant would help.(dont know why)
