De-Stress for Womans Sake?

Question:
I need to find a way to de-stress. I have not had a period for 2 months and have taken a pregnancy test which was negative, also my husband is fixed. Reason #2 in every explanation is stress which I can admit to having alot of, being taken off work due to disability, fighting with my work, the insurance company, applying for SSI, my children being in trouble for an isolated incident wich is almost taken care of and an ungrateful one (stepson) who takes advantage of my husband and he dosn't see it but I do. My list can go on and I am certain I have to de-stress. I know yoga and meditation and I have to put that into effect again but I am looking for other suggestions, books to read? websites of information? Anything, please help!

Answers:
I think you need a girls day out. I don’t mean just a day of hanging out or shopping, but go get hair done, go to spa, maybe even two days. You need to have some time centered around you, for you. If all these outside things are stressing you out and having a outlet helps but is not the trick then you need to take some time. You and your best friend, go do something you would not normally do, step outside of your daily routine. What is fun and relaxing to you? Do that. Set up a plan to attack one problem at a time, and you and your support system attack it one at a time and slowly there will be less.

spend some time alone, do some thing you like to do for example take a hot bath, listen to your favor music, take a walk or excise can really help too. find out what trouble u the most then find someone to talk to, every body need a trashcan. he/she may not able to help you with your problem but you will different feel better once u talk it out! Good Luck!

I would get away from it all. If that means reading a book, fiction or non-fiction, or going out for a nice stroll. Fresh air will clear your mind. I would go for a walk for about 30 minutes to an hour and when I came back things were clearer to me. While you are walking you are thinking and you can work things out in your head.
Do one thing at a time if possible. I know might sound hard but try to only tackle one thing at a time! It sounds to me like you need an anti-stress formula, something that will help your body get back into a healthy routine. Physical problems are often a result of your thinking, your thoughts do manifest themselves in your body.
