Breast pain?

Question:
I just got over a rather odd period. Usually its 5 days, this cycle was only 3. About a hal hour ago I got a sharp pain in my left breast. Its been hurting nonstop ever since... it feel like a brick was slammed onto my chest and is sitting there. I was thinking it was part of my cycle, but it ended 2 days ago. Ive been an emotional wreck, If Im not crying or sad, Im pissed off.
I really dont think this has much to do with my cycle, but I could be wrong. Any ideas?

Answers:
If your periods are screwed up then your breast are too. Severe pain is not normal so see your doctor for a mammogram and ultrasound of the left breast. Good luck.

Other Answers:
yes see a Doctor if it keeps up.
I think it does have to do with your cycle... my friend's cycle was really short once, and it was after hre bf broke up with her, she was stressed out and hadn't been able to eat because she would just vomit after wards. Have you been stressed out, or have you been not eating enough? I think you should take these things into account. and as for the moods... I'm like that around my time of the month. And even though you're cycle is done, you can still have symptoms afterwards. You have PMS before AND after your cycle is over.. even during. So don't worry. BUT if you really think something is wrong or the pain persists then go see your doctor, and get checked out. I hope I'ved helped.

God bless.
If you have had sex recently there is a likelihood that you could be pregnant. This would account for the abnormal bleeding (as many women have short, light periods when they fall pregnant, called an implantation bleed) as well as sore breasts.

If this is not possible and the breast pain continues, go see a doctor as this is not normal.
