That time of the month?
Question:
Answers:
I've heard that using progesterone cream on your abdomen around the time of your period (the cream will have instructions) can help regulate your period and help with the PMS. My mom-in-law used to use it, and her daughters have also tried it and they swear by it. Do a little research and see if it's right for you. Good luck!

It's hard, and taking medications to help is not really a good idea. Just take a deep breathe everytime when you feel like you are about to snap....
There was an article I read in the magazine Prevention awhile back and they say that if you switch your diet to pure vegan and after following it for two months, you'll see a change in your cramps and possible mood swings.
Smoke pot.
Excedrin...and lay low on the days when your emotions are way out of whack. Only family and close friends should see you like that - they'll love you anyway. :)
