Question:
I would like too loose weight it has being a 11/2 after i had my son but i haven't loose much weight. I try to eat a light breakfast, a good luch with only 1 sliced of bread , 1 tortilla or few crackers depending on my luch., for dinner usually I eat ceral of a fruie. I try to avoid fats, sugars, cokes. I have being drinking lots of water too & walk every other day at least for 30 min. I have a busy week all days are busy, cuz I work go to school, do my shores at home & deal w/ 3 kids. So i really don't have time for more excercise. Am I doing something wrong our should I got w/ a Dr, too see what is the problem ? Any suggestions ( I won almost 30 punds & have loose only 12lbs)

Excercise!
is not the same way as taking care of your chores at home. I guess you have low metabolism that your body wont burn calories compared when you were younger!
You need to exercise like jogging, walking, treadmill, swimming etc and discipline is the key,depending how bad you want it! With exercise you sweat, burn body fat much more! Keep on your diet but exercise as well- not only good for your weight but could release stress and toxic inside your body, too!

The Mayo clinic diet is good! My boyfriend has lost more than 30 pounds on that but you HAVE to stick to it!
