NEED sincere, honest, sensitive responses!?
Question:
She has severe anemia and taking 2 birth pills, 9 iron tablets, 1 b12. She had a baby 4/12 yrs ago and she has remaining stretch marks all over her belly. Just this week she has noticed tiny noticeable black hair growing near and on her stretch marks. His this a hormone thing or the birth pills causing this. What can she do? She is beautiful and her self-esteem is falling apart. This girl has been threw so much these pass years. Please help my friend WITHOUT being insensitive. Thanks for you time and advice.

Hmm.. If she will, she needs to see her doc, preferably a woman. If she doesn't want to go alone offer to go w/ her. Also, some stretchmark reducing cream might help along w/ hair removal/lightener cream. Tell her often and sincerely how much you love her and cherish her. Tell her she's beautiful in whatever way she will believe it most. I had a friend who had many of the same problems and consistency is what helped her so much. I, along w/ her boyfriend, constantly compliment her and show her how much we love her. Her self-esteem isn't perfect, but it's a TON better than it used to be! Also, try giving her maybe a woman's gift book from like Hallmark or something. Hope this helps! Good luck hon! And it sounds like you're being a very compassionate friend!
TELL YOUR FRIEND TO GO SEE A DOCTOR OR IF SHE CAN'T AFFORD IT GO TO SOCIAL WORK KIND OF PLACE AND TAKE IT FROM THERE YOU GOTTA TAKE THE FIRST STEP WHICH IS THE HARDEST!!!
