As long as she avoids light colored skirts and pants, she can wear whatever she wants. Light colors do not hide leaks, which can happen even if she takes extra precautions with pantyliners or whatever. I think skirts are comfortable, but sweatpants are my best friend at that point!

As long as she's changing her pad or tampon regularly, then she should be able to wear whatever she wants to!!! Black pants would be the best thing to hide any leak that does happen, but she shouldn't have to worry if she's changing protection enough.
if you are wearing pads a dark skirt or guys will see the bulge in jeans.. if tampons then wear anything but no light colors so it wont show accidents
