ITS not good for you, but you can wear them, just not toooo much otherwise summ happens to your acheles tendin and walking becomes a problem
where did you hear that from? If you stand all day at your job then your chances of getting them increase. When you get home at night put your legs up above heart level for 5 minutes to keep from getting them.
