The reason it can feel that much better for a girl when a guy gets off inside is because when he reaches that point, he thrusts a lot harder for the duration of the orgasm. Its that, that the woman feels. There are actually no sensory nerves that deep inside. So for someone to say they "feel" it inside, thats not possible..
