Every vegetarian or vegan defines their diet differently, but I don't think most of them would have a problem with oral sex. That's one situation where I think most of us wouldn't place humans in the same category as other animals. Besides, many people who call themselves "vegetarian" just don't eat meat or other things that involved killing the animal--so no problem there anyway.

I'm a vegetarian and sex has nothing to do with being a vegetarian. NOTHING! you can have as much sex as you want and it won't matter. A vegetarian is someone who doesn't eat meat. nothing to do with sex.

In fact, to perform sex or measure the frequency of sex or ejaculation or semen counts wholly depends on the diet or food that you.
It should be a balanced-diet containing adequate proportions of VITAMINS, MINERALS, PROTEINS, CARBS & some amount of FAT with proper exercise.
One's sex frequency is totally a genetic factor & one neither increase sex-drive nor increase libido size (excepting unauthorised drugs & medicines). Even they harm your health in many ways with side-effects & loss of immune power.
