Is there any SAFE way to quickly stop your menstural flow. I dont mean permantly or whatever just cut it down from like 7 days to 5 days something like that.

There are pills that allow you to only have 4 periods a month. You could use birthcontrol but that would backfire if u wanna have a baby!!

cutting it down to 7 days? do you mean you have more? You are having menorrhagia - hypermenstruating. I think you should seek out your gynecologist opinion on this. You might be experiencing anemia already. They may do ultrasound of your uterus and give you hormones as needed. Don't take any unprescribed drugs for your own good.

There are several types of birth control that keep periods shorter, none at all, or have only 4 per year. If you're using regular birth control you could try starting the new pack of pills halfway through your period to get it to stop. It's not going to hurt you or anything.
