1.4 cm fibroid and right ovarian cysts and scanty period?

Question: How to get the treatment to increase my urine lining ? my progeserone is 4.38 and My estrogen is around 27 to 31 .. how do I treat for scanty period? and I have no hot flashes or night sweat.. and my proclatin is 11.0 something.. so How to improve my fertility

Are the docs not doing anything? The cysts could do with being burned away, and the fibroid could be shrunk with medication. My mum had fibroids so bad, she had to have them removed in an operation called a myomectomy, its better than a hysterectomy because it leaves everything in. The fibroid could be affecting the periods, they affected my mums till she was on constantly.
