i'm new at this?

Question:
this is my first pregnantcy, is it normal in the 1st month to be experincing cramps and to get sick at all times of the day?

Answers:
If you have any questions you should ALWAYS check with your doctor or nurse. That is what they are there for and they hear it all and can answer best for you.

For the most part, some cramping can be normal in the beginning; however, there are some cramps that may not be. That's why I say to check in with your doctor.

As for getting sick at all times of the day. That can be totally normal. I know they call it morning sickness.but it doesn't just happen in the mornings.

To help with this sickness it's better to eat much smaller meals, but more frequently. Usually if you get something into your stomach about every 2 hours it will help.

You will probably find that some foods will make you feel sick (things that you were able to eat before) and then some foods that you would have never even considered trying before you may be eating it by the handful.

Pregnancy can do strange things to you.but enjoy it. It does go quickly.as do the babies growing up. take the time to enjoy them too!

Just remember, if you have any questions at all don't hesitate to call your doctor or nurse and ask. Better to be safe than sorry.

Congratulations and good luck!

Heck I was sick all the time! Right up till I gave birth!
If bleeding occurs or the cramps become much worse, notify your physician.
Good luck!

Yes to both, sorry. If there is any bleeding with your cramps, call your doctor ASAP!! Many times moms will get over the nausea at around 12 weeks.
